Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, makeup, or any other marks
- In its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as ‘Final Sale’
- Swimwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Return
- Email support@zorzi.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a tracked service
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired style or size.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@zorzi.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve this at no cost to you.
